Training
The project’s network will contribute a major added value to the education of 10 PhD students. The PhD students will be involved in the organisation of network wide e-seminars and classroom trainings, face-to-face workshops but also face-to-face student/post-doc seminars held in their home institutes to help broaden their scientific knowledge beyond the scope of the present project
The following activities contribute to the training of PhD students:
- Training at the host institute
- Network-wide scientific training
- Network wide e-courses
- Special network-wide workshops
- Project meetings
- The DDMC workshop
- Secondments to other (industrial) partners
The first school on "Devices for Thermal Energy Harvesting" (3 days) and project meeting (2 days) will be organised from 14 - 18 October 2024 in Dreden-Rossendorf, Germany.
